This gentle, beginner yoga class will focus on heart opening stretches that can really help feel relief from pain and tension in the chest AND the back! This series of heart openers will also include back bends because in yoga, we often stretch and strengthen the opposing muscles and areas of our workout focus. The back and chest are so closely related as well, so if you're experiencing pain, tension, or soreness in the chest, pecks, OR upper back, lower back, and shoulder regions, this short series of stretches may be exactly what you need.
