Thanks for joining our 30-Day Yoga Connection series. This 30 day series designed to help reconnect to yourself, and strengthen your journey in your home yoga practice. This Day 4, is a 30 min full body flow with a little extra love being paid to our shoulders and upper body areas. Tight shoulders, and pain in the neck, upper back, and back, can be attributed to working too much on computers, using our phones, driving, and most of the things we do while working. This flow was designed to help us relieve pain and tension all along our upper bodies including our neck areas, shoulders, and back and upper back. Certified yoga instructor, Emily Henderson from Austin TX, leads this yoga flow.
