This 30 minute yoga flow was designed to be a full body flow, BUT keeping up with our Yoga Mind theme for February, Echo also provides a beautiful aspect of yoga philosophy/yoga theory. People often seek yoga out when experiencing pain in the back, hips, etc., but yoga also comes with a deep history of philosophy and mental exercises that really separate yoga from many other sorts of exercises. We wanted to incorporate some theory, AND still be able to provide you a whole, full body, yoga class that will help you feel flexible, strong, and ready for your day!
