Thanks for joining our 30-Day Yoga Connection series. This 30 day series designed to help reconnect to yourself, and strengthen your journey in your home yoga practice. This Day 3, is a 30 min gentle yoga workout, that while is a full body yoga stretch sequence, will concentrate and show extra love to our hips, help gaining better hip mobility, and a few balancing poses. Today's theme is patience, and these hip openers and balance poses are great ways to challenge and discipline ourselves so we can learn to be more patient with ourselves.
