For years, people have have been looking to yoga to fix and help with many pains in the body. Yoga, its poses and deep stretches have been proven to help relieve pain in the back, lower back, and shoulder areas, and since there are many side stretches, and concentration on upper body in this flow, it is also a great flow for relieving pain in the back, lower back, shoulder and neck areas. But, also can really be thought of as a full body yoga flow. Certified yoga instructor, Emily Henderson from Austin TX, leads this yoga flow.
