Today we have a full body yoga class, of course, but this flow in particular was designed to help energize us, wake us up, and make us feel aware and ready to start the day by showing us a quick 15 minute deep stretch sequence that is perfect for the morning, or start of your day. Besides the beginner cues and deep morning stretches in this routine, yoga can help you become more flexible and strong, and can often help relieve pain in common problem areas like the back, lower back, and neck areas, which you can experience in this morning yoga!
