This deep stretch session will focus on our hips, hip pain, hip mobility, hamstrings, and our low back areas. Women, and men, sometimes experience tightness or soreness in the hips, and this can attribute to other lower body pain or tension, or even pain in the lower back. This 20 minute, beginner level, hip opening yoga offers a deep stretch session that can really help relieve pain in the hips as well as add mobility to our joints and bones. This is ALSO, a total body, full yoga class that you can do as a quick stand alone exercise, or to accompany a hike, cardio, strength training, or other various workout or exercises.
