This full body morning energizing stretch session was designed to help wake up, and give a quick 20 minute energizing morning workout that you can do before you start your day. This 20 minute full body workout can be done at any time of the day, but in particular, a wake up, morning, sunrise yoga because of how energizing and activating it is. This complete body workout is also a great way to dust of our tired muscles and bones, and can help fix pain or tension in the back, neck, or upper body, and lower body areas from sleeping.
