This morning yoga stretch flow was designed to help us start our day with a full body, 25 minute, flexibility AND strength growing series of sun salutations. Exercising, stretching, or any other form of working out offers many benefits, and when we can do these exercise routines in the morning, we also add benefits like, helping us wake up, be more aware, burn more calories throughout the day, and can even offer stretches that may be able to relieve pain in our tired muscles and bones from sleeping.
